Venue location

City College of San Francisco, Mission Center, 1125 Valencia

COVID

Masks are required while indoors. We will provide KN95 Masks for those who do not have them.

We will have a voluntary Health Alert system set up. If an attendee contracts COVID and lets us know about it, we’ll send out an alert.

For Exhibitors: Load in Options

Enter on the Valencia Street side, use the white zone.

Saturday December 2nd, 3:30-4:30 (We set up the tables on Saturday, so feel free to come by and drop your stuff off early, The room is securely locked overnight, but this option is at-your-own-risk.)

Sunday December 3rd, 8:15am-9:45am Sunday December 3rd.

Load Out

Sunday 6:00-7:00pm. We appreciate you breaking down your table as soon as possible. Your Coordinating Crew will be tired and want to go home.

Parking

DO NOT park in the college’s underground parking garage. You might be towed and there will be nothing we can do about it.

Street parking is free on Sundays and normally available. Paid parking is available around the corner at Bartlett and 21st.

Table size

6x3, includes two chairs. Additional chairs normally available upon request.

Wifi and Electricity

The venue has strong guest Wifi, but we do not guarantee or promise access. It has not failed us so far.

We also cannot guarantee that your assigned table will be next to an electrical outlet. Be sure to bring back-up charges and hotspots for your devices.
